As the Director of Operations Liberia, reporting to the Country Director, you will lead the program's operations strategies to ensure a robust team and effective systems. Lead the annual planning process through the development of the country operations budget and provide technical support to the development of an annual procurement plan that aligns with the overall strategy and project designs to ensure timely delivery. Lead and support the LMH Liberia Operations team, leading implementation and innovation of operational systems and ensuring all operations team members have the technical and management support to execute their work. Lead on monitoring performance, identifying and addressing any shortcomings that might affect overall organizational performance, and creating opportunities for staff growth and development in all aspects of their roles.
